As the Township Engineer, provided construction phase oversight during construction of commercial development consisting of multiple retail sales establishments, shopping center, restoration of historical barn, plans for expansion of a Cinema Complex and an adjoining parcel on which the new Township Municipal Building was constructed. Construction included sanitary sewer system, four stormwater detention basins (one underground), storm drainage system, erosion and sediment controls, traffic signalization, landscaping improvements, modification to S.R. 30 (Business), S.R. 100, and Whitford Road, street lighting and extensive paving/parking facility construction.
