HIGHLIGHT PROJECTS
SSM was involved in a renovation project to structurally evaluate the existing roof structure for support of new units for heating and cooling the axe-throwing space.
SSM assessed each balcony using a detailed inspection and reporting procedure and assembled a reference tool/repair matrix.
SSM engineers performed the inspection from an articulating lift and prepared a report of findings in accordance with City requirements
SSM utilizedthree-dimensional scanning to locate and identify the magnitude of surface irregularities in pier.
SSM regularly inspects the condition of the structure as well as witnesses the cycling of the Drydock.
SSM conducted a comprehensive structural condition survey of this existing historic building.

Marika Selzler, EIT, ENV SP, CEM has been promoted to the role of Department Manager. Marika has been a part of the Energy team since 2021, most recently as a Senior Energy Analyst. As the Department Manager, Marika will be responsible for daily operations of the Energy and Sustainability department and execution of the department’s strategic assignments.
